At Latimer Health Centre, we also provide services to two local Learning Disability residential care homes in Hackney. This includes the management of long-term health conditions, an annual health check by a GP/Nurse as well as offering of routine services like annual Flu and Covid vaccinations. We also take pride in some of the initiatives we are implementing as a team such as improving cancer screenings in our residential homes and offering domiciliary visits.
